RETURN POLICY

Fab & Fierce Boutique values customer satisfaction and we want to ensure that our customers have the best shopping experience. We want to thank you for shopping with us and supporting us.

*IMPORTANT*  ALL items that are returned must be unworn, unwashed, no stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.), no sign of wear, and original tags must be attached. All items returned will be thoroughly inspected. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

Items bought or marked with sale/final sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 

How long do I have to make a return? 

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not issue refunds, however, we do issue store credit. The amount from any returns that meet our qualifications will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email. Shipping will not be refunded if there is an exchange or return, unless there is an item damaged or defective.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Gift cards, accessories, intimates, swimwear, and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. but if your return meets our requirements you can use your store credit towards the same item in a different size or a different item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date it has been delivered to our distribution center.
